These Terms of Use govern your use of stardraft-legends.lol and its API (the "Service"), published by an independent developer based in France ("we", "us"; see the Legal Notice). By using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service provides free information about League of Legends: champion statistics, tier lists, builds, player profiles and related tools. It requires no account. Statistics are computed from public game data, in particular data obtained from the Riot Games API, and are provided for information and entertainment only.
The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or stop all or part of it at any time, without notice, in particular for maintenance, security, or changes in the data made available by Riot Games.

Your use of League of Legends remains governed by Riot Games' own terms. The Service does not interact with your game account and never asks for your Riot credentials: never give your password to anyone claiming to be us.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and fairly. In particular, you must not:
We may block access to the Service (for example by IP address) in case of a breach of these Terms, without prejudice to any other remedy.
We do our best to show accurate and up-to-date data, but statistics, rankings, builds and player information can be incomplete, delayed or wrong (for example because of API delays, patches, sampling or errors). They are not professional advice. You use them at your own discretion, and we cannot be held responsible for in-game results, rank changes or decisions made on the basis of the Service.
The Service itself (code, design, logo, texts and compilations of data, excluding third-party content) belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view it and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other reproduction, extraction or reuse, in particular of a substantial part of our data, requires our prior written permission.
League of Legends, its champions, images, names and logos, and all game data belong to Riot Games, Inc. and are used under Riot Games' policies. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
You are responsible for the messages and files you send us. Do not send confidential information. If you send us suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them freely to improve the Service, without any obligation or payment to you.
The Service contains links to, and content from, third-party websites and services (for example Riot Games, Data Dragon, Community Dragon). We have no control over them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or damages resulting from the unavailability of the Service, from third-party content or services, or from your use of the information provided.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, in particular for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury, nor the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms, for example when the Service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. The new version applies from its publication; if you do not accept it, please stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Before any legal action, please contact us through the contact page so we can try to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts, subject to the mandatory rules of jurisdiction that protect consumers.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the other provisions remain in force. These Terms are available in English and French; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
